My Approach
My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When we believe lies about our past, ourselves, relationship and/or our future, it becomes a huge deterrent to living the life we were intended. When we learn to guard our hearts and replace the lies we believe with the truth, our lives improve drastically.

I love people! To me, there is nothing better than walking with someone through difficult life circumstances and seeing them find victory and a better tomorrow. We all have struggles in life. The important thing is what we do with them. They can define us or they can refine us!
